I empower, inspire and educate women in midlife, postpartum women, and/or nurses through holistic health and wellness coaching. We'll review all wellness areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and social recognizing their interconnections. Together, we will make a plan to enhance mind-body connection and set realistic goals to boost your overall wellness. Whether you need support with work-life balance, midlife transition, or postpartum recovery, I'm here to partner with you, think creatively, and help you feel stronger and healthier, one step at a time.

The Nurse Coaching Process

  • 30 minute Free Discovery Call

    A great place to begin the relationship! I will share more about my coaching style and expectations and you can share what’s on health and wellness agenda! I will send you a short questionnaire to complete prior to our call so we can make most of our time together!

  • Holistic Health and Wellness Assessment

    We will start with a comprehensive assessment of overall wellbeing, beginning where you want to start! Areas of wellness: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Occupational, Environmental, Financial and more. Our initial session may be longer than an hour.

  • Identifying Opportunities

    I encourage and faciltiate creative thinking to explore new pathways in your health and wellness journey. I appreciate and understand “life” and its complexities and will meet you where you are at every session. I will assess your unique environment, and uncover personalized opportunities for the improvement of your overall wellbeing. This is what call digging deep and you being all in!

  • Goal Setting

    YOU set the agenda! You define your own health and wellness objectives by prioritizing your unique needs and aspirations, you take charge of your journey. Together, we create personalized, actionable goals that reflect your vision for improved wellbeing.

  • Create an Individualized Plan

    We will develop strategies to turn your goals into actionable steps. This includes setting SMART goals, identifying resources, establishing a timeline, and regularly review progress to ensure you are indeed moving forward to optimize your health and wellbeing. We can meet weekly or bimonthly, and is flexible throughout our work together!

  • Evaluation

    How are you feeling? We will celebrate your successes and assess challenges. Your wellness is always in motion and always “wellbecoming.”

9 sessions for $1150

Let’s Get Moving

Do you know what you need to do and are ready to look for opportunities for change? 

6 sessions for $810

The Final Push

 Are you close to a goal and you need a partner to help cross the finish line? 

3 sessions for $450 

* An agreement of three (3) sessions is the least number of sessions to begin our work together. You know what you need! And will know even more after our initial session. 

For Women in Midlife

Build awareness of what is happening in your body during menopause and get inspired and empowered. For Nurses

We will start with occupational wellness! Are you feeling burnout? Let’s break things down, why did you become a nurse? What have been your best experiences? Where do you feel joy at work? Let’s focus on YOU! and your health and self care. Nurses take care of everyone else and often put themselves last on the list. So excited to work with fellow nurses!

For Postpartum Care

This is a new chapter and such a precious time for you and your new family. How are YOU? Your infant is thriving and YOU– how is mom doing? Do you need some extra support during this major transition? Debrief your labor and delivery? Life at home? These sessions will be focused on your health and wellness but your infant is welcome to come along!
